I am a Jewish woman, wife, mother, business owner, writer that is increasingly putting the “labels” aside to uncover what’s truly limitless and indefinable about who I am.

 

Through sharing my journey in therapy, and navigating (and sharing) the bumpy yet beautiful terrain of being human, my connection with myself and others has flourished. I want to share that.

 

I feel strongly about the important role nuanced conversations have for not only our personal well-being and relationships, but the global conversations and movements building momentum around us.

 

I believe that people of all religions and backgrounds and “spiritual styles” can come together to have raw, meaningful and healing conversations. The contributions I want to make involve me sharing my unique perspective on the common human experience while challenging ourselves — and our families and communities — to challenge the status quo and reach for more. More truth. More openness. More compassion. More rest. More creativity. More connection.

 

In this space you’ll hear me share and have conversations around spirituality, self growth, healing, motherhood, food and body, relationships — and the places they all intersect. The lens through which I share is simply my own unique experiences and my deep desire to live a more open, vulnerable life that embraces honesty and shame-free living.

 

I’m always on the verge of tears and laughter at the same time. This is the strange, beautiful, ever-changing and holy place of “both” in which I strive to live.

 

I want this space and community to be a cozy, safe, cocoon where you show up and feel inspired to care for yourself on a deeper level, to tap into your own authentic voice and spirituality. To unwind. To let the house get messy, to let YOU get messy. To stop and go inward. To feel your feelings. To exist and be and enjoy without pressure. To love yourself without reason. Because you don’t need any.

 

My journey inward has blessed my relationship with myself, with my Godly purpose, and with my family. It has been enhanced by sharing it with likeminded people who know that looking within, lifts us up.
